Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

The Technical Project Manager role at ATL Advisory is the glue that holds the team together. As a project manager, you will be instrumental in working with multiple cross-functional teams as well as multiple inter-departmental stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and in scope. The position requires flexibility, discipline and the ability to negotiate with multiple parties in parallel to arrive at a consensus that will ensure efficient project delivery.
We are looking for a Project Management professional for a Federal financial client who has the ability to not only manage multiple stakeholders and teams, but who can also contribute as an Agile SME for the adoption of a hybrid SDLC process that takes parts of Scrum, SaFE and Waterfall and melds them into a cohesive delivery methodology. The Project Manager role will be responsible for 2-5 concurrent projects based on complexity and will work with cross-functional technical teams to drive successful project delivery in partnership with the client Federal Product Owner.
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
PMP Certified
Agile/Scrum Certification
10+ years Project Management experience
5-7+ years working in an Agile environment as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
Experience using AzDO, ServiceNow, O365, and PowerBI
5+ years working with or within an Infrastructure organization
Experience working in a PaaS and IaaS environment using Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Nice-to-Haves:
ITIL Certification
Prior experience working in a Financial or Banking organization
Prior experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or Helpdesk Engineer
Experience working with Okta, Zscaler, Oracle, WebLogic, Cloudflare, or any combination thereof
CI/CD Pipeline integration in Azure
Agile implementation and/or coaching experience
